Our dedicated response units are in the Westcliff area and react to individual homes and/or businesses within the area.
A full assessment is conducted of the alarm system/ fence/ panic system prior to the installation of a radio transmitter linked to a 24 Hour Control Center.
Dedicated Response Vehicles in Westcliff
We deploy dedicated response vehicles to the various areas/suburb closures, which will perform the following functions:
- Proactively patrol public and dedicated areas
- Respond to alarm and panic button activations
- Escort resident to and from their residence
- Visibly show security force in the area
Security Officers - Foot Patrollers/Spotters
Foot patrollers/spotters would be strategically positioned to cover access/egress into the area as well as rotate with patrols of public areas and the river front. These officers would be in contact with the control room and response units.
- These officers work on a rotational basis depending on crime intelligence patterns
- Foot patrollers/spotters have the following profile:
- Carefully selected and screened before commencing
- Fully trained in emergency procedures (fire, first-aid and evacuation)
- Good communication skills
- Goo observation skills
